Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email, phone number
• Payout details: sort code and account number, used only to display to members who currently owe you a payment
• Identity verification status: for auto-matched pools only, whether your identity has been verified and your verified name — Vouchcircle does not store your ID document or selfie image, which are handled entirely by our verification provider
• Circle activity: which circles you’re in, your rotation position, payment confirmations, disputes, reliability score
• Technical data: standard log/usage data for security and app functionality

We use your data to operate the core functions of Vouchcircle: forming and running circles, displaying payment status, sending reminders, and calculating reliability scores. We do not sell your personal data.

Your name and reliability score are visible to other members of circles you belong to (or are requesting to join).

Your bank details are visible only to members who currently owe you an active, unconfirmed payment — not to the whole circle, and not permanently.

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our hosting/database provider, our identity verification provider) or as required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and personal data via Account settings, subject to the restriction noted above (active unresolved obligations). When you delete your account:

• Your personally identifying information (name, phone, bank details, login) is permanently removed.
• Your circle payment history is anonymized (disassociated from your identity) but retained in non-identifying form, so other members’ records and reliability tracking remain accurate.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and anonymized historical records indefinitely for the integrity of other members’ circle history.
